    As a Korean Customer Service Representative (CSR), we know that you love going above and beyond! It's really about building meaningful relationships and keeping our customers, isn’t it?

    • Work From Home

    • You will receive a minimum amount of PHP 100,000 up to 115,000

    • Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
    • Place customer information in the database
    • Verify transactions via phone call and keep records of chat, email, call & sales, and further note significant information.

    Some nice-to-have skills and qualifications:

    • Expertise about the products & services and confidence to introduce them to the prospects
    • Preferably with experience in a customer service role
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
