As our Korean Recruiter, you will process end-to-end recruitment procedures and schedule/track candidates throughout their interview process utilizing an internal applicant tracking system. You will multitask effectively, working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced work environment.

• Pre-screen candidates verifying their qualifications, availability and compensation package
• Arrange interviews with the candidates and hiring managers
• Make recommendations on additional candidate pools and recruiting techniques after evaluating market conditions
