- Assist in processing account-related requests and overall account management
- Handle complaints and provide appropriate resolution on a given timeframe
- Work closely with internal/external department in escalating issues to provide resolutions
- Record complete and accurate information in the system
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results, as needed.
- Perform all other and compatible duties, as assigned.
Some nice-to-have skills and qualifications:
- Good command of the English Language.
- Knowledgeable in using MS Office application and Internet
Your non-negotiable remote working requirements are:
- A stable, lined internet connection;
- A decent work space at home;
- A personal laptop or computer with extra monitor; and
- Must be amenable to work on shifting/rotational work schedule
